We have an exciting new vacancy for a Full-time Administration Assistant to join our Health and Safety team at our Head office, located in Hale Barns just outside of Altrincham. Your duties will include:
* Assisting the Health & Safety Manager in liaising with external contractors and suppliers
* Working as part of the team with general admin duties including filing data, inputting, typing, and assisting in the management of communications and paperwork.
* Ensuring compliance with legislation and procedures.
* Maintaining accurate records and documentation associated with your work
* Monitoring the health and safety training records across the business
* Interacting with all members of the business, the suppliers, and customers.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and organised individual who can work independently and collaboratively.
