We have an exciting opportunity for an Event Organiser to join our Global Events team, to help devise, plan and deliver paint-centric events to thousands of people around the world. As the Event Organiser for paint, you will collaborate closely with the Senior Organised Play Manager and the Global Events team, where your key focus will be on paint recruitment, retention and competition activities that brilliantly showcase the Warhammer hobby at over seven in person events throughout the year. You will play a crucial role in the operational delivery of mass paint and take activations, and other Event-based hobby workshops across the events and organised play arena. We are looking for someone who thrives in environments that demand resilience, decisiveness and the courage to hold firm under pressure and ensure everything runs smoothly no matter what obstacles come their way.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead by example, by inspiring and guiding both full and part-time event staff through each stage of planning and execution. With integrity at the core of everything you do, you'll foster an open environment where collaboration thrives. Your thoughtful approach to every detail will help create experiences that leave a lasting positive impact on all those involved.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled miniatures painter who is recognised within the hobby community, as you'll be responsible for evaluating and judging painting competitions at all Warhammer events globally, ranging from the prestigious Golden Demon to Open tournaments. You will be engaging with hobbyists with varying experience levels and interest so having the ability to create an inclusive environment whilst ensuring clarity in every aspect of your communication is essential.
