Are you a natural leader with a passion for water-based fun and safety?
We’re looking for an Assistant Aqua Park Manager to help run our brand new inflatable Aqua Park for Spring & Summer 2025! This is your opportunity to support daily operations, guide a lively team, and ensure every guest has a safe, exciting experience.
Working as an Assistant Aqua Park Manager at Alton Water is an exciting opportunity to lead in a vibrant, outdoor environment—supporting daily operations, ensuring guest safety and fun, and helping deliver unforgettable water-based experiences as part of a passionate, energetic team.
What your day to day will look like:
* Support the Aqua Park Manager in overseeing daily operations
* Supervise and motivate lifeguards and activity staff
* Ensure safety procedures and high customer service standards are maintained
* Help manage bookings, guest enquiries, and equipment checks
* Jump in when needed to keep things running smoothly and safely
What You Need:
* NPLQ or equivalent lifeguarding qualification
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role (preferably outdoors or in leisure)
* Great communication, organisation, and people skills
* A proactive attitude and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
