Based in our Manchester office, on the reception desk; we are on the lookout for a bubbly, enthusiastic ‘doer’ to join the Facilities team on a full time/part time basis, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week. We are looking for someone proactive, who will jump straight in to provide a best-in-class service to everyone walking through our doors, clients and colleagues alike. Our Facilities team are vital to the upkeep, running and general day to day that ensure our offices keep ticking to the high standard that our CPer’s and clients expect. About the day to day… As a Front of House Assistant / Facilities Assistant, you’ll know that this is a busy role that will keep you on your toes. You will deal with all things supply and budget management, office maintenance and administrative support to the office. You can expect to: Order, manage and replenish inventory for office supplies Monitor stock levels and maintain an efficient system for inventory control Keep the office space in tip-top shape - clean, organised, and presented to a high standard Coordinate with cleaning services and ensure regular upkeep of communal areas Oversee the functionality and maintenance of office equipment and furniture Assist in the prep and management of the Facilities budget Find cost-effective solutions for office needs without compromising quality Support team events and activities by organising and providing necessary materials At Cooper Parry, we’re in it together.
