Job Description:
We are looking for Apprentice Project Engineers to support and assist Project Engineers in delivering small/medium-sized capital projects, including activities such as managing projects, working with operations and contractors, ensuring health and safety compliance, and overseeing project completion and handover.

Start date: 1st September 2025.
Location: Bourne End STW, SL8 5NT.
Working hours: 36 hours/week.
Programme Length: 24 months.
Training provider: University College of Estate Management.
Qualifications: Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Standard, CertHE Construction & Built Environment.
Entry Requirements: Two GCSEs at grade 4+ in Maths and English or functional skills level 2, and 64 UCAS points. Predicted grades are acceptable if exams are upcoming.
Additional requirements: Full UK driving license (business use insurance if using own vehicle).

Role responsibilities include:
* Managing projects with values up to £5 million.
* Collaborating with operations and contractors to ensure quality and value.
* Ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Overseeing project commissioning and handover.
About the apprenticeship: Achieve Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Standard and CertHE. Study one day a week virtually with the University College of Estate Management.
