Permanent, full time 37 hours per week
Term Time plus 6 INSET days plus an additional 10 days to be worked during school closure periods
Salary: Grade 7 (SCP 15-22): £29,093 to £32,654 per annum pro rata
Actual Salary: £26,552.67 to £29,802.73 per annum
John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised and enthusiastic Operational Office Manager to join our evolving organisation.
The successful candidate will join our busy office team and take responsibility for leading on office systems, payroll, recruitment and HR, managing the Nursery admissions process, supporting financial planning and health and safety. With a key role in the management of the budget and supporting the Headteacher with confidential administration, this role offers variation and challenge. We’re looking to appoint a colleague who is capable of working as an integral part of our team, contributing to school improvement and with the initiative to respond to problems.
You will bring well-developed interpersonal skills, an ability to prioritise and complete work independently, as well as an adaptable and approachable manner enabling you to build relationships within the school and the wider community including parents and governors. We’re looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and is ready for the next step in their career. Support is available for your longer-term professional development.
