We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced, challenging IT department as a Support Analyst. The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and dedicated IT support team which combines Desktop and bespoke applications supporting a user base of approximately 500 staff in Leeds, London, Dusseldorf, Beijing, Tokyo, and New York.
The ideal candidate for this role will have strong 1st/2nd line experience working on a busy service desk and be looking for a more varied support analyst role.
As well as the technical skills required for this role, the successful candidate will have good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude towards desktop and applications support. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks is a must.
Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Proven background working as a 1st/2nd Line Support Analyst within a busy Service Desk
2. Excellent technical knowledge and experience of supporting Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office
3. Experience supporting bespoke applications and software packages
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange
6. PC/Laptop/mobile devices and general basic network connectivity/troubleshooting experience
7. Excellent communication skills
