Hays is pleased to be working with a local charity to recruit an HR Administrator on a temporary basis. This is initially a 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension.
Your new role
1. Support the HR department with administrative tasks
2. Support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and with onboarding of new staff members
3. Maintain personnel files
4. Ad hoc duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in an administration role
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Excellent time management and organisational skills
4. Ability to work well as part of a team
What you'll get in return
1. Minimum 3 month assignment
2. £11.44/hour
3. Hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in office)
