Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEN, either 1:1 or in a classroom setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN.
- Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Commitment to a full-time position.
- While educational experience is preferred, transferable skills from support work are also highly valued.
- A valid driving licence.
