Salary: Up to £44,468 per annum (Sessional hourly rate up to £30.04 per hour) depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and resourceful lecturer to join our team of specialists working with adult ESOL learners with high literacy needs. You should have a strong background in teaching ESOL to adult asylum seekers, refugees, and economic migrants. We are particularly seeking a lecturer with a thorough understanding of how to improve English reading and writing skills for learners with low-level literacy skills in their native languages.
A teaching qualification (DTTLS or equivalent) together with a relevant degree or appropriate higher-level qualification is essential, along with relevant experience teaching low-level reading and writing skills. You will be required to demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills and be committed to your professional development to deliver outstanding results. A CELTA or professional qualification in Literacy (e.g., NPQLL or equivalent) is desirable.
Literacy and Numeracy, at or above Level 2, is also required.
