Job Description
As our next Reception Service Manager, you will:
1. Lead, motivate and coach the front office team to ensure the hotel standards are delivered to meet customer satisfaction
2. Meet the departmental expectations and targets
3. Actively participate in any revenue and sales activities operated by head office plus any specific operational activities
4. Recruit and train new staff
5. Deal with guest enquiries and resolve customer complaints
6. Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the Management of the Hotel and the line Manager
