They are proud to be at the forefront of the industry in providing blinds, curtains and automated solutions for an array of customers, from multinational brands such as Apple, Netflix and the BBC, to private clients and individuals. Over the last 18 months they have successfully completed iconic buildings at some of the UK's most prestigious locations. Following an MBO in 2021 the company is family owned and managed, and on an exciting growth trajectory which is seeing them grow rapidly.
The Role
Due to a high volume of commercial opportunities the company are looking for a dynamic salesperson to join their high performing team and help them achieve even greater things. The role would see you operate in a caring, ambitious SME environment where your results get noticed and you can genuinely build a career and get involved in a wide variety of projects rather than be "kept in your lane". The Requirement
To sell our solutions and services to achieve quarterly (circa £250K) and annual sales targets (of circa £1M).
* To grasp a tremendous opportunity within existing customers and “known” new customers which can deliver extensive revenue growth for this business- this is not cold new business development
* To build long term positive relationships with existing and new customers (these are contractors, architects and specifiers) to reinforce their excellent reputation in the market
* To work closely with key accounts to ensure cross company communication creating relationships throughout the business
With at least 3 years proven sales experience selling a product (e.g. flooring, stone, furniture) into this client base and the ability to get into a Thames Valley office once or twice a week this is a rare opportunity to develop yourself with a market leader.
