Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader to join our team. This role involves leading the store team, coaching and supervising colleagues, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
Leading the store team and ensuring that customers receive a high level of service
Coaching and supervising colleagues to help them develop their skills and knowledge
Deputising for the Store Manager as required
Managing stock levels and maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Building relationships with customers and community groups to promote the Co-op brand
Requirements
