Head of Digital – Manchester (Hybrid Working)

Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with clients to understand their goals and translate them into technical solutions.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation and presentations.
* Lead technical discussions and stay current with emerging industry trends.
* Oversee the implementation of websites, plugins, and additional features.
* Actively develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites using WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and more.
* Act as an escalation point for technical queries from both clients and internal teams.
* Drive revenue growth and provide commercial insights, including forecasting and financial planning.
Required Skills & Experience for this Head of Digital role:
* Proven expertise in WooCommerce, PHP, WordPress, MySQL, and related technologies.
* Strong track record in managing client relationships, contracts, and development teams.
* Demonstrated success in delivering revenue growth and accurate company forecasting.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
