This is more than just a job — it’s a chance to play a key role in a landmark infrastructure project with over 15 years of work ahead. As part of a long-term, high-profile initiative, you’ll experience the excitement of hands-on engineering, the opportunity to grow and develop your career, and the stability that comes from contributing to a major programme with a strong future.
You’ll join a collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence, where your voice matters and your skills are valued. Whether you’re improving asset strategies, supporting inspections, or shaping long-term maintenance plans, every day brings a chance to make a meaningful impact on the M25 — one of the UK’s most critical transport networks.
This is an ideal role for someone who’s looking for variety, purpose, and progression, all within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the team, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the delivery of essential infrastructure across the M25 network. You’ll lead with purpose, driving safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes that matter — not just for the project, but for the millions who rely on this network every day.
In this role, you’ll:
1. Champion safety through visible leadership, upholding the principles of Making Safety Personal, and promoting a strong safety culture across all teams.
2. Oversee project performance, reviewing programmes and budgets monthly with Project Managers to identify risks, resolve challenges, and maintain delivery excellence.
3. Manage budgets collaboratively, working with your Senior Quantity Surveyor to track costs, manage changes, and align with project goals and financial expectations.
4. Engage and influence stakeholders, building strong working relationships across internal teams and client representatives to ensure alignment and accountability.
5. Lead resource planning, ensuring responsibilities under CDM regulations are met throughout each project lifecycle within your portfolio.
6. Ensure compliance and transparency, preparing accurate monthly reports and presenting key insights to clients and senior leadership when required.
This is a role where you can truly lead with impact — bringing your expertise to the table while being supported to grow, collaborate, and deliver with pride.
