Plant Asset Coordinator Craigavon Permanent Hours of Work: Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm Friday 8am-3pm Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Craigavon, who are currently recruiting a Plant Asset Coordinator to oversee and optimise Plant asset portfolio. Duties Maintain detailed reports of all plant assets, including equipment, machinery, tools and infrastructure. Coordinate routine Maintenance and preventative up keep of Plant equipment Monitor condition of assets throughout their life cycle Conduct regular quality control assessments to ensure assets meet operational standards. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance asset performance and reliability. Utilise SAP systems for tracking and reporting on asset performance metrics. Assemble and disassemble equipment as necessary for maintenance or upgrades. Liaise with suppliers and service providers to ensure optimal supply chain management related to assets. Provide input on capital expenditure planning and future equipment needs. Essential 3 years experience in an asset coordination role & 1 year within the construction or manufacturing sector. An understanding of construction / manufacturing processes, equipment, & systems. Ability to analyse data related to asset performance, costs & lifecycle to make informed decisions.
