We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable HR Administrator to join us at our admin building within Broadgreen, Liverpool.
As a HR Administrator, you would maintain accurate records for all employees, ensure all administration is actioned in a timely manner whilst also being responsible for new starters and their inductions.
Salary – £24,200 per annum
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for setting up new starters once confirmed by the HR Recruitment team.
2. Prepare and provide management information to the HR leads and senior managers including regular reports and ad hoc information.
3. Maintain the HR Information Systems in an accurate and confidential manner.
4. Assist the HR team with general administration and correspondence and maintaining HR records and information.
5. Assist the HR team with sickness absence information.
6. Assist with ensuring that all employee files comply with data protection, CQC and contract compliance requirements.
