As a Business Development Executive ,you will be a valued team member committed to delivering accurate administrative documents and the best customer service that exceeds our customers’ expectations. You will make each Stoneacre customer feel valued, and provide the highest level of after sales customer care, all whilst contributing towards making Stoneacre the Number One Motor Group .

An average day as a Business Development Executive
12. You will be a self-starter with confidence in building strong relationships and achieve sales growth
13. You will assist, liaise with and support the Centre team to ensure good working relationships and delivery of excellent Customer service.
14. You will work with the Sales Manager, Parts Sales Executive team, and others to achieve sales growth and provide a joined-up approach to sales.
15. Be able to develop and build strong relationships with all customers.
16. Ensure Customer discounts are appropriately applied based on spend levels.
17. Achieve sales growth for the Customers based in a defined territory.
18. Work within the identified sales strategy to increase sales revenues.
19. Be able to identify and leverage potential sales opportunities within Customer base.
20. Identify any potential new Customer account within Centre territory.
21. Maintain own product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity.
About you…
22. Have Customer account management experience with a real passion for providing excellent Customer service.
23. Have an interest in the Automotive industry.
24. Be IT literate, preferably with a good working knowledge of MS Excel
25. Have a full clean UK driving licence.
26. You will be computer literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
27. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
28. Committed to providing excellent customer service and thrive in a busy high-pressured environment.
29. Be performance orientated with selling and negotiation skills.
30. Have the ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
31. Be able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
32. Have the ability to work with a team as well as on own initiative.
