Sales Administrator - Bury St Edmunds - £25-26k (DOE)
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. This role is essential in supporting Account Managers and providing top-notch customer service to a broad customer base, including end-users, tradespeople, builders, and installers. Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm (Mon-Fri)
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to both new and existing clients.
* Support the internal sales team by handling administrative tasks, producing quotations, and processing orders.
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on the company website and through email.
* Assist with returns and credits, maintaining high accuracy in processing all requests.
* Identify sales opportunities and forward them to relevant Account Managers.
* Review customer plans/specifications and provide recommendations to match their needs.
* Address technical queries when necessary, ensuring prompt and accurate information is provided.
