If so, this role is perfect for you As a Field Care Team Leader, you will utilise your excellent organisational skills and experience in the care sector to uphold the company’s quality compliance functions and documentation for both customers and field staff. You will also manage and support a team of Field Care Supervisors, ensuring that all operational processes adhere to the highest quality and compliance standards. Role Details Work Schedule : Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. On-Call Requirement : You will also be required to be on-call one 8-hour weekend day every other week, serving as the designated contact for the out-of-hours team to support all aspects of care delivery. On-call duties are compensated in addition to the salary. Key Responsibilities Management & Support of Field Care Supervisors: Ensure the team meets operational, quality, and compliance standards. Quality Assurance: Maintain and enhance quality assurance functions and documentation. Auditing care plans: Ensuring that care plans meet the individual needs of service users and meet the highest standards of quality care Overseeing care delivery: Supervising the delivery of care and support services Supporting clients: Acting as a support function for clients, their support network, and other healthcare professionals Delegating work: Delegating work to team members Coaching team members: Coaching team members as needed Required Skills And Knowledge Experience: In health and/or social care. Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft packages. Collaboration: Ability to work well with others and handle difficult conversations effectively. Pressure Management: Capable of working well under pressure. Leadership Experience: Previous experience in team leadership or management. Organisation: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Prioritisation: Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload. Driving Licence & Vehicle Access: Essential for the role.
