Personal Assistant Role Responsibilities:
* To provide general administrative support to the Managing Director, coordinating meetings and recording minutes
* To handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the Managing Director
* To coordinate all travel arrangements, booking accommodation and transport when required
* To assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
* To maintain office supplies and equipment, supporting the running of an organised and efficient office environment
Skills the Personal Assistant will need:
Essential:
* Proven experience in a Personal Assistant and/or administration position
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Strong attention to detail
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times
* A multitasker, able to effectively manage tasks to meet deadlines
