Hybrid role with 3 days per week in our Sutton Coldfield office We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our friendly and vibrant team at our office in Sutton Coldfield. The position is crucial to leading our clients' social media strategies and driving impactful digital campaigns that enhance their online presence. In this role, you will help to manage a talented team, guiding them to deliver outstanding results while staying ahead of the curve with the latest social media trends. You’ll ensure that we are always proactive in our creative suggestions, pushing boundaries to keep our clients at the forefront of their industries. In addition to managing client projects, you will also take charge of JE Consulting's own social media channels. Your goal will be to ensure that we lead by example, growing our social following and attracting decision-makers and influencers in our key markets to engage with our content and follow our account. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement effective social media campaigns tailored to each client's goals and objectives. Use data insights to optimise campaigns, driving engagement and delivering measurable results. Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients’ social media projects, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with proactive communication and support. Lead the creation of innovative content that sets our clients apart from their competitors, inspiring the team to bring fresh ideas to the table. Manage the workload and reporting of your team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Work closely with JE Consulting’s wider team of web developers, copywriters, graphic designers and PR experts to deliver successful marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. Drive the growth of JE Consulting's own social media presence, attracting decision-makers and influencers to engage with and follow our content. Key Skills Minimum of 3 years agency experience in a similar role Experience with various social media platforms, including TikTok, META and LinkedIn A keen eye for design, with experience in Canva being essential and familiarity with Photoshop seen as a plus. Video and audio editing skills, with the ability to create and optimise content that performs well on social media. Excellent grammar and a creative touch in your copywriting, with the flexibility to tailor content to different platforms, including blogs and social media posts. Proven experience in organic social media marketing, with a track record of delivering engaging and successful campaigns. Knowledge of tools like Synthesia, WeVideo, and Hootsuite would be beneficial, but a willingness to learn and adapt is just as important.
