About Our Client
The organisation is a well-established not-for-profit institution located in Canterbury seeking a receptionist to cover a 7 week period.
Job Description
* Manage the reception area and handle inquiries in a courteous manner
* Provide administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
* Assist in the coordination of meetings and events
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
* Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and anticipating needed supplies
* Perform data entry and file management tasks
* Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Temp Receptionist should have:
* A good standard of education, including English and Maths
* Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail

* An estimated salary range of £12.60 to £15.40 per hour
* Hours can either be part time (9-3:30 mon - fri) or can accommodate full time hours.
