Sales Manager - Loughborough - £45,000 per year - Commission, Car, & Great Benefits!!
Are you a driven sales leader with a passion for the agricultural industry? Our client is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead an integrated telesales operation, manage a high-performing team, and drive business growth in the farming sector. Role Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage a telesales team, working closely with field sales to boost cross-selling opportunities.
* Drive sales growth and exceed budgeted targets for key product categories, including palletized products and straights.
* Lead and motivate a team of office-based account managers, ensuring alignment with regional business strategies.
* Implement effective sales campaigns, manage daily operations, and ensure performance targets are met.
* Collaborate with technical and product managers to incorporate farm diet information into telesales efforts.
* Train, coach, and evaluate the telesales team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
* Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for the field sales team to capture market share.

Skills/Experience Required:
* Proven success in a telesales environment with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
