Job Description
This is a busy, fast-paced, generalist opportunity, reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner and working across the Southern and West regions. You will provide HR support to Managing Directors and Divisional Directors in achieving their people goals.
As the Interim HR Business Partner you will:
* Manage the implementation of group HR plans within the Region, including the development and delivery of regional people plans (e.g., Diversity & Inclusion Action Plan, Employee Engagement Plan).
* Support and drive central and local recruitment initiatives to provide a pipeline of talent for the region, reducing time to hire and costs.
* Raise the calibre and capability of regional/divisional teams, supporting their continuous development by collaborating with the Talent Team to address development needs through central programmes or divisional specific activities.
* Manage people and succession planning and performance management processes, ensuring performance, development, and succession needs/action are planned and implemented to meet people requirements.
* Monitor and review HR KPIs within the region, analysing data each period and driving discussions with the Regional Managing Directors and MDs to ensure that action plans are developed and implemented as required.
* Provide a professional HR support service to the Region, offering coaching and advice on complex people issues while ensuring best practice standards and company policies are followed.
* Contribute to the continuous development of HR by undertaking cross-functional HR projects as agreed with the Group HR Director.
* Minimise the risk or exposure related to Gender Pay, Living Wage, and employee relations matters.
* Responsible for providing guidance to your Regional HRC, ensuring clarity about their role and responsibilities.
* Be fully conversant with and an ambassador for HR policies and procedures and the Group HR offering.
* Deliver specific training within your Region, such as Recruitment and Performance Management.
* Support your RMD and MDs by exerting influence on their activities to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
As the Interim HR Business Partner you should have:
* CIPD qualification or equivalent.
* Previous experience within a fast-paced, multi-site organisation.
* Strong Business Partnering skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to influence and drive change.
* Knowledge of HR policies and best practice.
* Excellent Stakeholder Management.
What's on Offer
6 Month FTC - £65k + Car/Car Allowance.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week travelling to different locations across the South Region, 2 days from home.
