My client, a leading Investment Bank, are looking for a Recruiter Onboarding Coordinator to join their Engineering division. The recruiting team manages thousands of candidates a week and manage interviewer rosters, coordinate with potential candidates, collect feedback, and onboard successful candidates. Their role in the hiring pipeline of the division is crucial and requires efficiency and organisation.
Please note this will be an initial 6 month contract, but highly likely to last past 12 months. It will pay up to £200 a day (depending on experience) and will be based in Birmingham on a hybrid basis.
Skills (required):
* 6-months - 2 years experience in a similar role.
* Onboarding experience.
* Experience of using an ATS tracking system.
* Knowledge of SharePoint.
* Strong verbal & written communication skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, among other MS programs.
* High attention to detail and organisation.
Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
* Be proactive and responsive with candidates, managers, and other key stakeholders.
* Demonstrate a proficiency in thoughtful and professional communication throughout the coordination process.
* Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes and route to the correct hiring managers
* Being extremely organized and have the ability to track assigned candidates, progress, and pending items.
