General Store Manager | Amazing Store | up to £70,000
Zachary Daniels is exclusively working with an exquisite Store that is known for its customer experience and stunning visuals. This rare opportunity is one not to be missed; they are looking for a dynamic, client-focused General Store Manager to head up the flagship location where you will be at the sharp end of our client's retail portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have a strong luxury or premium background, excellent clientelling/CRM focus, and be used to managing a larger team.
Roles and Responsibilities as a General Store Manager
* As the Store Manager of the high-profile flagship, you will be part of the senior area leadership team and will work on a series of national and local events and meetings.
* You will nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to help drive sales, building lasting loyalty to the Brand.
* Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales plans.
* Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.
* Operationally, you will manage an efficient back-of-house team and ensure consistency with established operational procedures.
* Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.
Other Store Manager Duties Include:
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing initiatives to drive traffic to the store and increase sales.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
* Maintain a strong understanding of the luxury market, including trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in luxury retail management.
* We will consider applications from Area Managers or Regional Managers who want to focus on a single store opportunity.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
