We are looking for an organised and proactive Project Support Assistant to join our Capital Works team!
You will get involved in assisting the Project Manager and Project Leaders to help manage the planning and coordination of our Capital Works programmes. The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of project planning and will be a strong self-motivated individual to help support the delivery of the projects. We need you to be awesome with your organisation and have superb IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Part of this exciting role is to help arrange and attend project meetings and also produce comprehensive minutes of meetings; any experience of this would be really beneficial. You will help co-ordinate data to be processed to generate our planned work programmes. We need you to be experienced in working to deadlines and not to be phased by service pressures as you will be working in a front line customer service environment.
Another part of the role is to provide project support for subcontract works including contractor liaising, placing/amending purchase orders and goods receipting purchase orders for payment.
If you think you have the experience, we want to hear from you!
Beyond Housing supports agile working, and as a Project Support Assistant you will have the opportunity to do this. You'll have the flexibility to work from the office, remote locations and/or home. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.
Join us and play a key role in delivering meaningful projects!
Melanie Palmer is our Project Manager, so if you fancy a chat to find out more, why not give her a call on 07815625454.
Closing date for applications is Friday 28 March 2025. Applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
