ARP Teacher
Are you an experienced ARP Teacher looking for a rewarding role in an inclusive and supportive school? We are seeking a passionate educator to join our Additional Resource Provision (ARP) in Kensington and Chelsea.
Our ARP supports six pupils from Year 1 to Year 3 with SEMH, ASD, and complex behavioural needs. As an ARP Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing and structured learning environment that promotes academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet individual needs.
• Manage and support pupils with SEMH and ASD, fostering positive behaviour.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and SEN specialists to provide 1:1 and small group support.
• Develop and monitor Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
What We’re Looking For:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with experience in SEN or ARP teaching.
• Strong knowledge of SEMH and ASD, with the ability to manage complex behaviours.
• A caring, patient, and resilient individual passionate about SEN education.
