2. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Manage contracts, renewals, and customer support.
4. Identify opportunities for upselling and business growth.
5. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular communication.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
2. Experience in client relationship management.
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
4. Knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
