People Manager
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 + benefits.
Contract: Permanent, full-time 37.5 hours a week.
Location: Hackthorpe, near Penrith, Cumbria, with regular travel to centres.

THE ROLE
At Outward Bound, our managers handle most People processes, and we need a dynamic People Manager to guide them. You'll provide expert advice, identify knowledge gaps, and deliver training on everything from grievances to long-term sickness.
WHAT YOU NEED
* Qualifications: CIPD Level 5+
* Experience: HR advisory role
* Skills: Organised, detail-oriented, tech-savvy (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel), problem-solver
* Personality: Enthusiastic, innovative, collaborative
* Travel: Regular visits to our sites.
