Responsibilities for Contracts Manager
Oversee the management and delivery on various contracts, specifically Social Housing Refurbishment and Planned Works.
Carry out site inspections, interprety construction drawings and designs.
Cover From Sheffield to Loughborough and manage the teams/sites.
Requirements for Contracts Manager
Previous experience in a Contracts Management role (ideally Social Housing)
NVQ 6 Qualification
CSCS Card
UK Driving LicenceWith a passion for people and development, they work hand in hand within the social housing industry.
What we offer for Contracts Manager
Up to £45k - £55k
