The Project Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering supporting activities within the projects and delivery function. These include communications, collaboration, risk management, data collection and administration. You will perform various administrative duties such as support in maintaining operational documentation and ensuring project/server files are up to date with all relevant information aligned to process. Support in organising projects and resource contracts with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines, ensuring operational excellence to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction. Ensure strategic projects and resource contracts are delivered in accordance with the company and customer processes, procedures, and statutory obligations Maintaining data and prompting team members to provide up-to-date and mandatory information requirements such as: applications, forecasts, progress reports, timesheets, weekly contractor return forms, H&S documentation. Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as the role requires the ability to liaise multiple levels of authority internally and externally Ability to work under pressure in a busy site office environment. Effective prioritisation to meet multiple deadlines Commercial and contracting awareness of processes and procedures Understanding of project management best practices and project delivery lifecycle Financial awareness to support PMO Managers or Project Managers with P&L management Advanced working knowledge of MS office applications Attending operational meetings and taking minutes Arranging site inductions, deliveries and managing booking portal Managing and allocation of resource. Monitoring subcontractors and ensuring valid documentation.
