We’re looking for a detail-orientated Candidate Onboarding Officer to support our compliance team in acquiring, maintaining, and updating candidate documentation. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring candidates meet legal, contractual, and best practice standards before and during their placements.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Ensuring all administrative and compliance processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Managing candidate documentation, including references, DBS applications, and client portal uploads.
* Building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person where applicable.
* Conducting regular audits to ensure files are up to date and meet compliance standards.
* Supporting consultants, vendors, and agency suppliers to streamline onboarding.
* Handling incoming enquiries professionally and proactively.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience: Background in recruitment, compliance, or administrative roles with a strong focus on accuracy and auditing.
2. Skills: Excellent IT skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint), attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
3. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage candidate relationships.
