About the role This is a key support role for our busy HR team. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for HR within their specified business area, responding to or referring on queries as appropriate; and be responsible for all aspects of HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding and payroll activities for their business area. The role will contribute to the development and implementation of HR service delivery standards in line with Museum s operational plans and strategy. This is great opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator looking to expand their experience, share their passion for people and contribute to the Museum s scientific and educational impact. About you We are looking for someone who has experience of accurately and timely processing of information and maintaining records. Ideally, you would have prior experience and knowledge of HR databases or have an interest in learning new HR systems. You would have excellent attention for detail when processing HR data. Ideally, you will have a CIPD foundation level qualification or an interest in pursuing a CIPD qualification in Human Resources.
