To support our continuing growth, we are seeking to appoint a new Lecturer within the Department of Finance, Accounting and Risk, based in the Glasgow School for Business and Society. As a Lecturer in Accounting, you will focus on providing high-quality learning and teaching that is underpinned by scholarly activity. We are keen to receive applications from people who will enhance our delivery of and reputation in Accounting.
Lecturers are expected to contribute to the delivery and assessment of existing modules, supervision, and the enhancement of the student experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, and graduate apprenticeship programmes. Applicants will be required to teach Accounting subjects at all levels, particularly in the areas of Tax and Public Sector Accounting. The Department promotes innovation in learning and teaching, and therefore, we are keen to appoint an individual with experience of e-learning and online environments.
