We make health happen The Suppliers Enterprise Risk and Policy Manager role sits within the recently formed Procurement Centre of Excellence team. Suppliers play a critical role in delivering products and services to Bupa customers, thus the effective risk management of our trusted third parties is imperative. Bringing together risk activity across the APAC, BGIUK and ELA Market Units, the role will be responsible for Group-Level monitoring and risk management. Third-Party risk management at Bupa focuses on identifying and reducing risks relating to the use of third parties (suppliers).The Suppliers Enterprise Risk and Policy Manager will manage and support the monitoring and management of third-party risk on behalf of the business and driving compliance with the Procurement policies, standards, and processes. You’ll help us make health happen through: Leading the development of Procurement’s risk management strategy and internal controls framework at Group-Level. Ensuring compliance with the Enterprise Suppliers Policy Support with the adherence to local standards and processes. Understand the requirements and respond to changes relating to Regulatory requirements. Own the Third Party Risk Management controls for the Procurement function at an Enterprise-Level. Key Skills needed for this role: Previous experience in a similar role either in a 1st or 2nd line capacity. A proven Risk Management background. Familiarity with risk and control self-assessment (RCSA) and the implementation of risk frameworks. Demonstrate comprehension of the requirements set out in the FCA (SYSC 8/13) and PRA handbook and a wider familiarity with regulatory requirements.
