Join Our Team as a Middle School Teacher and Head of KS3 Pastoral
Are you passionate about shaping young minds? Do you have an ability for engaging students aged 9 to 13? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic middle school teacher to join our vibrant school community. This position incudes a Teaching and Learning Responsibility (TLR) for Pastoral Lead for Key stage 3. You will play a crucial role in supporting our student’s wellbeing and development, while delivering engaging and effective lessons.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience working with KS2/KS3 students.
• Experience and ability to deliver high quality teaching in a range of subjects to include English
• Creativity in lesson planning and an ability to make learning fun.
• A collaborative spirit to work with fellow educators and staff.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching
• Foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment
• Lead initiatives to promote student wellbeing and pastoral care
• Monitor and track student progress, providing support where needed
• Engage with parents and the community to promote student success
