Qualifications and Experience:We are looking for someone with: A passion for patient careand the drive to make a meaningful impact. Aregistered nurse (NMC)qualification. Dialysis experience isn't essential and we are seeking an experienced senior nurse who can lead and manage the team. Proven experience in a managerial role within an acute healthcare setting. In-depth understanding of theHealth and Social Care Act 2008and its importance in independent healthcare settings. Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and staff alike.
