Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot IT problems, ensuring minimal downtime for employees.

* Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance measures.
* Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
* Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.
* Experience with network troubleshooting, VPNs, and cloud services.
* Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
