The Role
Our Employee Assistance Programme is established and delivers a high-quality service to a number of businesses, including Police Forces and Universities.
An eager and influential manager is required to proactively manage a team of counsellors, triage assessors and administrators to deliver a quality, sustainable Employee Assistance Programme.
We are looking for an individual, who can drive the business, offering guidance and support to the team and our clients. Responsibilities include team management, compliance oversight, client updates and reporting.
Experience
* 3+ Years in leadership role
* Change management and implementation
* Service delivery & working to KPIs
* Working in an EAP setting is desirable but not essential
* Mental health qualification is desirable but not essential
