As a leader in the automotive repair industry, we offer: Career development and ongoing training State of the art facilities and equipment A supportive, high-performing team environment A rewarding role in a growing, respected company The Role As a VDA Estimator, you will be responsible for: Using Audatex software to assess vehicle damage and calculate repair costs Communicating with insurers, engineers, and customers to ensure a smooth repair process Producing accurate damage assessments in line with BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines Managing workloads efficiently to meet service level agreements (SLAs) Maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment Working both independently and collaboratively within the team Striving for professionalism, accuracy, and customer satisfaction at every stage What We’re Looking For We are looking for candidates with: Proven experience as a VDA in an accident repair setting Confidence using Audatex for damage assessments Strong organisation and workload management skills Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-moving environment Knowledge of manufacturer specifications and repair methods A team-oriented approach with a customer-first mindset Experience estimating commercial vehicle damage (preferred) ATA qualification in Estimating (desirable) – we support renewals and training Why Choose Steer?
