Role Overview
The Business Analyst (BA) will support project teams as an integral link between the business and IS within Steam Thermal Solutions. The BA will deploy relevant tools and techniques to ensure the right solution is delivered and implemented successfully.
Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…
* Providing agile business analysis across a range of projects
* Proactively prioritising user stories to ensure required functionality is delivered on time
* Producing epics, features and user stories in conjunction with stakeholders
* Leading and defining refinement, backlog refinement, sprint planning and retrospective ceremonies
* Covering Project Manager and Scrum Master as required/when absent
* Collaborating with internal customers to build strong relationships and to bring them along with the change
* Capturing requirements and documenting in the form of MoSCoW
* Data dictionary and wireframes creation
Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….
* Working within a Business Analyst role
* Working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Working with both waterfall and agile methodologies
* Requirements gathering, documentation and writing user stories, acceptance criteria or Gherkin
* Delivering customer facing business systems solutions
