The Club brings families together and our Club is a 2nd home to over 1,500 members. We’ve got a strong foundation and continue to modernize our service offerings to ensure multi-generational enjoyment throughout 275 acres of breathtaking, panoramic scenery. Although the Club began as a hunting club in 1885, over the years, amenities such as dining, golf, tennis, pickleball, trap and skeet and fitness were added to enrich member experience. Club members have a history of excellence in business, athletics, and altruistic pursuits.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The London Hunt and Country Club is currently seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager with a proven track record in the formal dining, private club, or similar industry. As a year-round multi-outlet facility, the Club is looking for an adaptive leader that can enrich the membership experience and help build successful teams. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning and managing the service operations of the Club’s 3 dining options which include café, casual, and fine dining style menus with a 250 combined seat total with a focus on quality and consistency. The incumbent will interview, hire, train, and aid in overseeing all Service Team Members to ensure the highest level of service is provided to all Club Members and Guests while meeting/exceeding the Club’s budgetary goals. You will work collaboratively with the Culinary Team to develop and implement ongoing sales and marketing initiatives under the approval of the Food and Beverage Manager of the Club; and together with the Food and Beverage Manager develop and manage the implementation of creative menus, promotions, and events to capture increased Member and Guest usage of the club. You will provide on-going direction, support, and motivation for Service Team Members to present exemplary service as required by the Club’s standards of service. The Restaurant Manager will report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager and will be an integral part of the Clubhouse Operations Team.

Since the London Hunt and Country Club is a family focused Club providing our members with an internationally recognized golf course complemented by first class dining facilities, we have high expectations for all personnel. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and be an excellent communicator. You should have a minimum of 5 years practical experience in the formal dining, private club, or similar industry, be a graduate of a recognized hotel/resort or food and beverage program with a history of continued professional development. You will be a proven leader with the ability to supervise and provide direction and mentorship to others by embodying the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Club while providing an example for all Team Members to emulate. You are available to work a flexible work week which includes weekdays and weekends, including holidays. Completion of the Smart Serve Certificate is required prior to your start date at the Club.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
We offer a competitive compensation package, which will be commensurate with experience. The package will include health and dental benefits after three months of continuous active employment as well as participation in the pension plan after twelve months of continuous active employment. The Club will make matching contributions to the London Hunt and Country Club pension plan of 5% of base salary upon eligibility.
The salary range is $45,000 to $60,000 which includes a base salary and a gratuity pool.
