We are looking to fill a role for a Contract Manager position preferably from an FM background. This is a fast-paced, exciting role covering various contracts/clients in the West Midlands & surrounding areas, ensuring all works contribute to our goals and objectives.
You would be managing a team of multi-skilled engineers, monitoring that all works comply with our organisation procedures & industry standards. You will be able to assign and delegate tasks and act as a first point of contact between the company, its employees, vendors & contractors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Have a good working knowledge of local contract laws & corporate policies, strong research skills, and a good understanding of legal agreements.
2. Oversee 3 x Supervisors.
3. Ensure buildings are compliant and manage PPM’s.
4. A good understanding & knowledge of SFG20 is a must.
5. Survey, quote & arrange small works - building/repairs.
6. Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
7. A good knowledge of the company’s core industry, policies, procedures, and objectives.
8. Demonstrate leadership and management skills.
9. Attention to detail.
10. IOSH Managing Safely and/or NEBOSH desirable (training can be provided).
