About the Role We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our Resourcing team. In this role, you will provide essential support throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities Assisting with end-to-end recruitment administration, including posting job adverts on various platforms. Managing applications, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews. Communicating with candidates and hiring managers to arrange interview schedules. Preparing and issuing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation. Maintaining and updating recruitment databases and HR systems. Conducting pre-employment checks, such as right-to-work verifications and reference requests. Handling recruitment-related enquiries from candidates and employees. Supporting the Resourcing team with general administrative tasks when required. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a recruitment or office administration role (desirable but not essential). Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HR systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
