Operations Manager - Buckinghamshire Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for a experienced Operations Manager for our client within the Disrubituoon Industry. This role is responsible for daily activities across functions including Spare Parts, Sales & Services Administration, Warehouse, H&S and Facilities. Salary: up to £50,000 (DOE) Hours: 8am-5pm Duties: - Promoting and devoloping internal systems to ensure all customers, suppliers details are kept up to date. - Assisting senior management in setting goals that promote company growth - Preparing budgets, schedules, and other reports when needed - Managing the after sales function - Drive the probability of the company products by recommending cost-reducing intitatives, whilst maintaining prodcutivty - Developing plans to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Providing weekly and or monthly report on agreed KPI's. - Take repsonsibilty for the company products lines - Promoting and enforcing safety in the workplace - Collaborating closely with other departments to promote efficiency Requirements: - Team leader experience 3 years - Experience working in a office/warehousing environment - Possess strong leadership and management skills - Your own transport due to location If you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps
