Key job responsibilities:
As a Senior Product Manager-Tech for Prime Retention and Payments, you will design the roadmap for retaining members into Prime and solve for seamless payments CX for Prime. You will also partner with India and worldwide teams to build new strategies and architectures for Prime. The role requires high judgment and understanding to drive right outcomes for the members and business. A core skill for this role is to be able to simplify the complex customer subscription journey, identify changes needed within Prime and across Amazon to help retain members.
Specific responsibilities will include:
1. Drive the product strategy and actions regarding Prime Retention.
2. Drive the product strategy and actions for simplifying payments experience for Prime including launch of UCB (user choice billing from Google).
3. Work with global Prime and other relevant Amazon businesses to deliver roadmaps that result in a world-class customer journey.
4. Contribute towards MBRs, QBRs, Roadmap reviews.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
