Export Sales Manager
* Drive international growth for ManCave men's skin and personal care brand through traditional distribution channels
* Work autonomously to identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture existing accounts for expansion, and represent the brand at key international trade shows
* Develop and implement strategies to expand the brand's presence in key markets
* Nurture existing accounts to maximise growth potential and increase market share
* Set and achieve ambitious sales targets for new and existing international markets
* Organise and manage the company's presence at overseas trade shows
* Plan and execute effective pre-show, on-site, and post-show strategies to maximise ROI
* Network with potential clients and partners at trade shows to generate new leads
* Coordinate all logistics related to trade show participation, including booth setup, product displays, and team travel arrangements
* Oversee the export sales order process, ensuring smooth execution from receipt to fulfilment
* Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse to ensure timely and accurate order processing and shipment
* Work with the head of accounts to manage invoicing, payments, and financial aspects of orders
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and documentation requirements
* Collaborate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping companies to optimise international logistics
* Stay up-to-date with changes in international trade laws, tariffs, and regulations that may impact the business
* Ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with both local and international requirements
