The role
We’re looking for a motivated and collaborative People Partner to support our teams across the UK, USA, Australia, Chile, India, and Spain. This role is a great opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in HR to work in a global context and grow their skills.
As a People Partner, you’ll be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing day-to-day HR support, helping implement people processes, and contributing to a positive employee experience. You'll build trusted relationships across the business, offering guidance, answering queries, and assisting with HR initiatives.
HR Partnership
* Provide first-line HR advice and support to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and best practices.
* Respond to employee queries on topics such as benefits, policies, and HR systems.
* Ensure employee documentation is up to date, including contracts, letters, and records.
* Integrate with functional management teams, building strong relationships across leadership.
* Analyse people data and metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
* Act as a champion for values and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring alignment with company values and business priorities.
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, mitigating risks and maintaining best practices.
Talent & Development
* Supporting onboarding, learning & development, and employee engagement activities.
* Partner with leaders to assess capabilities and build succession plans for key roles.
Employee Relations
* Assist in managing employee relations cases.
* Support managers with guidance on conduct, performance, and wellbeing conversations.
* Promote a positive, inclusive work environment through fair and consistent HR practices.
Organisational Change & Restructuring
* Support restructuring, redundancy, and change management, ensuring legal and best practice alignment.
* Assist with communications and coordination during organizational changes.
HR Projects & Process Improvement
* Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems (HRIS).
* Help track and analyse people data and trends to support reporting and continuous improvement.
* Contribute to HR projects that enhance our processes, culture, or employee experience.
Global Collaboration
* Provide operational HR support to colleagues in our international teams, with guidance from the People team and local HR partners where needed.
* Stay informed about general employment practices across regions, escalating complex matters to senior HR colleagues.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
* CIPD qualified or equivalent 2-3 years’ experience.
* Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels to provide practical HR support.
* Strong ER experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational development principles.
* Some knowledge of labour laws and HR regulations in any of the following regions desirable: USA, Australia, Chile, India, and Spain.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in designing and implementing global HR programs and policies.
* Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics.
